The River Room brings the surrounding outdoor flavor indoors and allows guests to enjoy the tastes and atmosphere of the countryside.  The new lunch and dinner menu features game entrées that can be found in the local area with a variety of fish and pasta options.  The River Room is guaranteed to be an environmentally nutritious and fulfilling fine dining experience. And for a quick snack or a cold one after a game of golf, the River Room bar is a great place to relax.

The Gem and Keystone™

We are proud to present our premiere menu. Our chefs prepare only all-natural meats and seafood from the Smithsonian’s Sustainable Seafood List, complemented by many items sourced from small farms and artisan producers as close to home as possible. In season, our private chef’s garden will produce a special bounty from the rich soil along the Delaware River, augmenting a selection of the region’s finest meats, cheeses, and produce.

We are most excited to present superior, hand-crafted ales and lagers from our very own ShawneeCraft™ Brewing Company, created just a short walk from our doors by award-winning Brewmaster Leo Bongiorno. Our cuisine is specially designed to be paired with selections from the brewery.

The Bistro

For classy, open-air dining in a relaxed atmosphere, enjoy a zesty lunch or dinner at The Bistro. Adjacent to the golf shop at the newly constructed outdoor patio. If you like to dine “al fresco,” you’ll love the variety of sandwiches, wraps, paninis, and salads. Cool down with a signature fresh squeezed lemonade, beer, wine or your favorite cocktail. The Bistro is open May - October, weather permitting. For dinner, reservations are suggested.
